Anyone here use the site? And is it any good? :/

My laptop isn't exactly user-friendly when it comes to art programs (feckin' Vista), so I've been looking for an online alternative. Tegaki E looks pretty cool...but I'd like to hear the opinions of some of its users before I think about joining.
